Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom-cut orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected carrier. For bulk or wholesale orders, please contact us for a freight quote.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.

Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
